I am a 01 FFL Dealer, this allows me to purchase and sell firearms to legal citizens that can possess firearms. I also will do transfers from out of state dealers to purchasers. This also allows me to take possession of a firearm, Cerakote it for individuals and return them to the owner. I follow all Federal and State laws involving firearms.
